HR Triggers : New role assignments to position are not triggered to GRC

Dear All,

We have configured HR Triggers and it is working fine except below scenario :

Scenario:

Position 01 has roles ( no 2) and when I link any user (ex : test01) it triggers a request to GRC and then provisioned in backed systems.

When I add one more role (ex : R3)  to position its not triggering and creating a change request for user TEST01 for provisioning new role R3.

Any inputs what can be done to make above piece to work

By the new role assignment to position is happening via GRC workflow GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST_HR (org assignment workflow)
