GRC 10 FF Approval Audit Report

Hello,

Is anyone aware if there is a report in GRC 10 that we could provide our auditor to show that logs have been reviewed and approved through the FF log review workflow?

I know you can use Access Administration  > Search Request > Process ID “Fire Fighter Log Review Workflow” But that really isn’t providing what I need. I need a report that can show the FF Activity, when it was reviewed and who approved it. Any insight would be appreciated.
