Creation of KRI Instance

HI All,

For Creating a KRI Instance there are 2 ways:

               (1) From the KRI Tab of the Organization or

               (2) From the KRI Tab of the Risk.

Can anyone explain as to what is the standard procedure for creating a KRI Instance,in such a way that Organization, Risk and KRI can be linked.
