NWBC shows Mitigated users, which are not in GRACMITUSER

Hi all,

I have uploading(through GRAC_UPLOAD_MIT_ASSIGNMENTS ) Assignment of Mit. controls to users with 'Overwrite' , where only 1 entry is input in my file. So, it should overwrite all existing assignments, and only 1 entry should be finally present. However, NWBC still shows all assignments. But, table GRACMITUSER, shows only 1 entry, i.e of my file input

can anyone suggest, why NWBC still shows all assignments. Is there any sync, program further required from table to NWBC
