Greetings,
I'm trying to create an "Access Request" using Web Service in GRC 10.1 (SP-08). I have successfully entered the mandatory field values (Request Initiation System, Request Type (001 - New Account) and Priority) but while I'm trying to enter value for "Provisioning Action" I'm faced with below described "Error" message. Based on the entries in table GRACREQTYPACT (shown below) I tried entering value 001 - Create user and 006 - Assign object corresponding to my Request Type 1 - New Account but without any success.
I'm stuck with this error and unable proceed with the creation of an Access Request. I would really appreciate if someone can share their wisdom on this subject and lend some advice.
