No Fiori tiles in Fiori Launchpad

Dear Experts,

Recently, we updated the ACS (Assurance and compliance software) from version 1.1 to 1.2.

We see no Fiori Tiles in Fiori Launchpad (transaction /n/UI2/FLP) but we can see the tiles in Start Fraud Management Web Client via transaction /nNWBC (Netweaver Business Client). See the attached screenshots for your reference.

We don't understand, what is the difference between the Fiori Launchpad and Start Fraud Management Web Client?

And also, do you have ideas to resolve the issue?
