Sign Off option available when regulation has it deactivated in IMG

Hi All,

The SIGN-OFF option under the IMG node in PC 10 as below is INACTIVE or NOT CHECKED. I have done this for a new regulation called ISO under Operational Compliance.

Multiple Compliance Framework > Configure Compliance Initiatives > Define Regulation Type > Business Transactions

Question:

Why does ISO regulation show in the PLANNER (Regulation - step 2) when the PLAN ACTIVITY is selected as Perform Sign-Off (Enter Plan details - Step 1)
