Configuring SLA for FF Log Review Workflow

Hi All,

Recently I came across an article (link mentioned below) which talks about defining the log review workflow SLA based on Criticality level of firefighter ID. When I went to define the SLA for process ID SAP_GRAC_FIREFIGHT_LOG_REPORT, there was no option to define SLA's based on criticality level.

Do you have any idea regarding the configuration steps for this requirement.

Note: We have installed GRCINW V100_731  SP level 0004 in our GRC system.
