GRC 10 Config and CLM PC/AC content deployment: which step should be performed first

Hi All,

I am required to use CLM to deploy GRC PC and AC content from parent company to child company (which is getting separated).

Should I be doing the configuration first (through SPRO) or deploy the PC & AC data through CLM.

Please guide.
