I have created a semiautomatic control, and everything seems to go perfect, but when I plan the control, no errors appear in SLG1, SWIA or ST22, but in the job monitor, the status is "InProgress" forever.
I tried to apply note : 1884827 and it is neither working.
Could you please help me?

I am using AC 10.1 with SP06
I have configured Email-notification for the new workitem to approve or reject and this is working completely fine. The approver is getting the mails triggered with the link to goto WorkInbox. All the requests are clearly visible but I (or any approver for that matter) can't open/access the request.
I had copied the URL link by opening the workinbox and then with right click --> Technical help and pasted the same link in the email subject content. Hope this is the right way to provide the link to work-inbox
But I can access/open the same request, if I go via the normal procedures SAPGUI --> NWBC --> MyHome --> Workinbox
Ofcourse, I would've missed some things but not sure what it is.

I assue the issue (not sure though) might be with the package, where I saved the email document, While creating the new email template at the time of saving it, I created one custom package ZGRC, as you can see there are some of the package encapsulation which are not captured. Is this causing the issue?

I tried to configure and run rulesets in a test GRC system.
When I tried to run a “User level Risk Analysis” I get the error "Risk Analysis finished with error” (Screen Shot Attached)
I did the following steps
1.) 1.) Defined a New Connector group namely “SAP_BAS_LG” in SPRO -> GRC -> Common Component Settings -> Integration Framework -> “Maintain
Connector and Connection Types”
2.) 2.) Assigned the system “IS1 – ECC IDES” as the Target connector in “Assign Connectors to Connector groups”
3.) 3.) Under SPRO -> GRC ->Access Control -> “Maintain Mapping for Actions and Connector Groups” defined a new connection group namely “SAP_BAS_LG”
4.) Then in NWBC I created a new access risk with risk Id “ZBAS” and assigned this to “Global Ruleset”. This is basically access risk between SU01 and PFCG transactions.
5.) 5.) I created two roles in backend system and assigned to test user
6.) 6.) Ran all the Sync jobs and Generated rulesets but still it is showing the attached error.

Please let me know the use of Include Users in Role Level Analysis while doing role level simulation in GRC 5.3.
As i run my report by clicking the include users and giving the role with the action value which i want to add, so in report i found only the few users but the role is assigned to many users in the backend.
Please let me now what could be the possible issue in this case.
I checked no users is expired, not locked too.

Hi All,
I am implementing GRC AC 10.0 - ARM for provisioning in SAP R/3 and Enterprise Portal systems.
While using "Model User" access request, I find that UME portal groups are coming as disabled and are not available for selection in tab 'Select Model Access'.
Also only Type "Single Roles" appear for assignment or selection in the "Model User" form. Type "Role" appears disabled.

We are heading towards the upgrade for SAP ABAP ECC and BI. We need to know the impact on security side after the movement from lower level to higher such as objects level, SAP standard role changes, SAP tables updates. Currently we are on SP06 and planning to upgrade to SP14.

I am on GRC 10 SP14.
The user defaults maintained under End User Personization are not getting assigned to the users.
Here is what I have done so far
a) maintained the request types by adding user defaults in the action list
b)maintained user defaults for connectors
c)copied the BRF+ User defaults application from 000 to the customizing client and maintained decision table for it.
The simulation gives the correct values
d) maintained AC mappings with the BRF+ user default function mapping
d)Implemented SAP note#2020712
However, the user defaults are still not getting assigned to the users.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

This Business Scenario is very common to have default role(s) assigned to a User at the back end system. So I have the same requirement. In achieving this, I followed below thread here:
I have also followed the note#1616092 for configuring the Default Roles.
I have performed below activities:
1. Param#2009 = YES
2. Param#2010 = 001
3. Param#2011 = REQUEST
4. Param#2013 = SYSTEM
5. Param#2038 = YES
6. Imported a test role and NO ROLE OWNER is maintained.
7.In NWBC->-AM->RM, I maintained a test role as a default.
Now when I raise a request, application is successfully adding the default role to the request. However, the problem I am facing is that, one Manager approves the request, it is getting failed.
The Audit Log says that, the STAGE is "Completed" but I could also see "No Agent Found, Cancelling path XYZ (in stage no. 002- GRAC_ROLEOWNER)
May I know what I am missing here? Why I am getting error and how can I resolve it?

I´m trying to configure the "User Detail Data Sources" to automatically fill the User Details tab from Access Requests. I´ve tried using SU01 and also HR. Both of them work for the "User Search Data Sources" but for User Details not. The tab remains in blank.

In configurable sub scenario, when I try to join 2 tables (EKKO and EKPO), I am getting a warning message saying that "Redundant Join Conditions proposed; manual maintenance required" and the data source is not fetching any data.
Could anyone suggest what could be the reason

We're implementing GRC 10.1 as part of a transition from 5.3. We have been able to configure the system correctly for ECC (Role Import, Provisioning, FF), however we haven't been able to configure successfully the BW connection.
Right now to do a Role Import we're able to see the Landscape but can't populate the Source System for BW.
We configured the BW sandbox as BI and as SAP in the connectors to test both scenarios but we just can't see the Source System. We can see the Landscape when we select either SAP or BI, but can't populate the Source System to show the BW RFC connection.
If you have a doc or a link I can check out to configure systems other than ECC for GRC that would be great!

I am basically a SAP SD Guy and I have just started working on SAP GTS for import process.I do have worked on MM module also.
I have read the documents releated with GTS and its terminologies,and now hold good understanding.
Problem:
1] If possible ,can anyone send me the SAP GTS Import process documentation,so that it will be easy to understand how the things move on when GTS come into action.
or
2] Please help me in knowing more about GTS and its working.

Hi gurus,
I have created a query and I have created a datas source based on it and a business accordingly. I have linked the business rule with the control and plan the testing control effectiveness.
My problem is that the control does not arrive to the control owner. It stays "In process" in the Job Monitor and stays there forever.
Could you please specify the permission that must have the RFC User of the ECC system to be able to execute this?

I have enabled the Email Link to the controller who approves the log but when we click on the link it generally routes to NWBC page Work Inbox, my requirement is to get the Work Inbox page but it is taking me to the page where the controller SUBMITS the log or put it on HOLD for Additional Information which is the next step once we get into Work Inbox. I checked in SCN forums but I couldn't find any. Please share the exact steps to to reach the Work Inbox page and also let me know if I have to modify the configuration to get there.

We have configured GRC EAM 10.0 with a mapping of Single User Id to Single Firefighter but now we have got a scenario where Multiple Users require single Firefighter ID .
Mapping is done for Multiple users with single Firefighter ID., we have logged in with first user and successfully working but same time when the other user logged in, it is not allowing to enter into same firefighter (Popping a message as User1 is already using Firefighter)
Please provide me if any solution...

We have migrated from GRC 5.3 to GRC 10.0. All the configurations are done and New system is in use..
But when we schedule Repository Sync job, Emails (SPM Log Notification) are triggering to Controller. I think Emails should be triggered only when SPM Log sync is scheduled... Please suggest at the earliest..
